How it works

Create an account
Sign up with your email address. You can save your application as a draft and return to it whenever you like — it saves as you type.

Complete the application
About twenty minutes: who you are, where you live, languages, how you travel, where you would like to go, your availability and a few open questions.

Photographs and verification
Five or more recent photographs of yourself, which you can reorder or replace. Separately, a live verification selfie captured in the app camera. The selfie is stored privately, is never used as a profile picture and is only seen by authorised reviewers.

Manual review
A member of the office reviews every application by hand. Outcomes are approved, waitlisted or not selected. You will see the outcome in your account.

Individual invitations
Approved members are invited to specific trips individually, with dates, itinerary, costs and a response deadline. Accepting an invitation is a request to join — the office confirms your place separately.

Travel documents, later
We ask for your passport-issuing country at application only. Actual travel document details are collected after you accept a specific international trip, and only where they are needed.
Hosts, their guests and service providers
Hosts
Apply to host. Once the office approves you, you create and run your own private trips and invite your own guests by email, private link or code.
Invited guests
A host's guest joins only that trip, through a valid invitation. The same application, photographs and live selfie are reviewed by a person before a place is confirmed. A host's guests aren't added to the club's own invitation list unless they choose to be.
Service providers
Chefs, DJs, yachts, transport, security, photographers, concierge and wellness professionals apply and list their services. Only the host of a trip can request them. Guests see what the host has arranged.
Using the platform is free at launch for hosts, guests and providers: no subscriptions, commissions, listing, booking or transaction fees, and no checkout on the platform. A trip may still have its own costs, and providers may charge for their services. These are set by the host or provider and are stated separately.
